Henna powder does not highlight the hair. it adds pigments to it. Plus, it is extremely healthy for hair. However, IT DOES NOT HIGHLIGHT HAIR. if you find a henna powder on the market that highlights, then it is contains additives that can be extremely harmful for your hair and for your health.
You do not ‘comb’ henna into your hair either.
Honey is a better way to highlight dark hair, but the application is very long and tricky, but very natural as well.

Hi, i have light strawberry-blonde hair and a few natural highlights but i want a lot more, but i don’t want to color my hair. How exactly would i get a lot of highlights naturally?

YouTips4U June 30, 2010 at 1:38 pm

Hi, they are more likely to brighten and reveal your hair’s natural highlights because the concentration of chamomile in the product is not that much. You would get better results from using the chamomile infusion/tea rinse and going out in the sun.. Going in the sun will definitely help accelerate the process..

Hi, I’m a black haired guy (not so dark, almost dark brown) and I wanted to get my hair medium or dark brown, do you think these camomile shampoos/conditioners they sell at natural stores might help ? Thanks

Hi, I think that the best exercise you can do is to swim. Swimming in a pool for an hour burns fats and calories and is a good cardio; it doesn’t have any impact on your knees. After your swimming session you can follow an Abs routine. I hope this can help you.

Hi, I have a Q about losing belly fat. My problem is that i have injured both of my knees & am unable to run or sometimes even walk for long distances because of the pain. My orthopedic doctor recommends i don’t do anything that requires large amounts of bending and impact on my knees. I really want to loose the belly fat that is slowly building on my abs and obliques but I have no way to do cardio. What i can do with my limited abilities. I hope you can help me.

Hi, wherever you spray the lemon juice, you can highlight your hair including the roots. Of course, highlights are most visible on the hair shaft itself and it’s easier for that hair to lighten. As your hair grows in, the roots will grow in your original color though.

with the lemon juice and water, do the roots come out lighter also, or are they the same color as your original color?

Hi, you can definitely get rid of it if you work hard enough and give it time. Sometimes it will not go away completely, but you’ll have very little. The best things to do are cardio exercise, where you burn excess fat like jogging, and toning exercises for your legs. I have quite a few leg exercise videos up to tone. Please take a look at them when you have time. You will also need to maintain a healthy portion controlled diet. .

Hi Do You Have Any Tips On How To Try & Get Rid Of Selulite?..x

YouTips4U June 30, 2010 at 11:52 pm

I don’t believe there are any health risks, but it can be painful and in people with extremely sensitive skin, they can develop irritation at the site or even blisters. But for the majority of people, it is just uncomfortable, like plucking hairs your of your skin. You should know that this process has to be repeat several times sometimes before the follicle is destroyed and even then hair can grow back.
