i didn’t really know how to work my love handles, but after doing this, sit ups, and leg lifts until my entire abdominal region was on fire, this turned out to be the ab workout of my life! i also use the ab straps on my “Perfect Pullup” haha…
make those chips potatoes and keep the skin on, boil them or microwave, meat is great…. not maccas meat though.

rep amounts for everyone differs. Do them until u start getting a good burn, then keep it going so u have that burn for like 20-30 seconds, then rest. repeat this until u cant do no more, and for best results, do even one more rep after that. do that every night if u want. Having a good diet is just as important tho, so make sure to get a good, big breakfast (oatmeal, apple, banana, OJ, toast) and every meal in the day will get smaller until dinner, and try not to eat dinner to late at night.
routine is simple, abs 20-30mins per day. 15-20 reps of each ab workout. 2 sets total.
I run a mile, engage abs, then do a core workout on arms/back/shoulders/chest depending on the day, then run another mile and do another set of abs.
Monday – Arms
Tuesday – Shoulders
Wednesday – Chest
Thursday – Back
Friday – Cardio Day (more abs/miles/jumprob/etc)
Saturday – Mix of arms/shoulders
Sunday – Rest
This workout routine works for me, my friend who is a trainer taught me all the techniques.
Workout 6 days a week, 1-2 hours a day. I’ve been doing about 20 different ab techniques for about a month. I see 4 abs already, and i was totally fat before.
I eat oatmeal/fruit for breakfast, whole wheat turkey/chicken sandwich for lunch, and fish/chicken and salad for dinner. Plus 3-4 Cups of Oolong Tea/White Tea a day. Absolutely, NO SUGAR.
I run 1 mile in the morning BEFORE breakfast, and I workout for 2 hours at 5pm. Then eat dinner AFTER.
