		<description>Instead of walking for 30-35 minutes a day, tell him to do 30 minutes of hardcore cardio at the 85% MHR.  Everything else he&#039;s doing is fine.  Good luck!</description>

		<description>Yea walking doesn&#039;t really burn a lot of calories. Tell &quot;your friend&quot; to do some leg lifts and to run instead of walk. 
Like &quot;your friend&quot; should run for 3 minutes, walk until he recovers, then run again, and repeat that for the 30-35 minutes that is usually just walking. And once &quot;your friend gets in better shape he can start running for 5 minutes instead of 3 before he walks. Or he could do it for 45 minutes instead of 30-35.
