@Panumbian also keep the form as strick as u can, the poundage is not so critical; like the author said, even 20 lbs will give one a workout…=)

he had figure 8 after 1 arm swings then in the review he skipped it and went right to squat press do you do the extra figure 8 every set

Ok, I did this workout two days ago and I couldn’t get out of bed the next morning but, I looked better. I did the workout again today and it feels good! Great workout. I plan to do it 3X a week along with 30 min of cardio.

Twenty reps with a 20lber will give me a good workout for sure. I don’t think I could complete the entire workout with my 40lb kb.
