No amount of exercise will get your mid section cut without fixing your diet as well.
these actually do work really well surprisingly.. i’ve been doing them for like 2 or 3 weeks & they’ve gotten rid of about 3 or 4 inches on my waist.
you gotta really crunch your sides though. but it does work.
with push ups and crunches and jumping jackz… you can lose 20 kilos in 3 mths if you do it 7 days a week, 3 hrs per day…. and eat heavy breakfast, light lunch and light dinner.. do the excercise after breakfast, 1 hr later, and have plenty of water

Yeah.. but no more than an hour daily id say because much more than that, without a great diet everyday, you lose muscle mass.

that is so tru u kno my cuzin jus dieted wiv out muscle gain he looked realli floppy but do u kno how i coulddd gain muscle and at the same time lose a lto fo weight bkz i have got a lot of muscle yee but i have stupidd fatt around like stomach luv handless and bita bak fatt
building muscle will help burn fat faster. So when you do cut down on fattening foods, you’ll notice the difference in those areas you worked on. That’s how I lost most of my love handles last year! unfortunately I gained them back last winter ¬__¬

if you wanna lose love handles just run half an hour to fourty five minuts everyday
are u sure?cuz isnt it like just fat, so if you eat healthy and do fat burning exercises then they should be gone…then you can target the muscles to make them look good
Dude i wish you were right, but thats a bunch of Bullshit… You need to streghten those muscles by working them out….like abs obliq….trainning. Running dosent target Love handles, trust me I know. I run all the time…5,6 times a week and I still cant get rid of them.

Guys if you wanna get rid of love handles just jog a shit load, cardio, just burn a crap load of fat/calories, and eat healthier and they will go away
My stomach is really flat, but my love handles are really making me insecure :I
