cardio is more like running joggin anything that makes ur heart beat faster!
do that everyday for a month… and i mean EVERYDAY you see the result …. also stop junk food… stick to fiber vegetables fish but cardio and jumping rope is the best thing u could do ! but you’ve got to be really determined person if you are out of shape to get your body first get rid of fat and then tone it! but the best key is healthy diet (not DIET) and a lot of exercise!

I just had ah baby a month ago and I tryna get back fine! LOL
I walk about 3045 min 4 times a week and I lost and kept off 30 pounds in a year. So yes wlaking and definately help you lose weight. keep in mind though you must use so form of weight ssuch s dumbells or your own body weight to help build muscle and burn fat. good luck with the exercises and have a good summer.
